I never thought about this before, but does the Web spell count as a holding type of spell? Can an Inquisitor with his natural immunity to Hold be held in place by Web?

My usual tactic is to cast Free Action on my main tank to avoid the effects of Web, but that has a huge downside because Free Action also prevents Haste.

If an Inquisitor can fight inside the Web's area of effect without needing Free Action, then that would be a huge advantage.

I don't think they're immune, because I'm pretty sure I've had Inquisitors caught in webs. Plus if they were immune, it would make Keldorn's free action effect of his armour pretty much pointless.

No they are not imune to web, i have keldorn in my group now and during the Unseeing eye quest a enemy mage used web and Keldorn got stuck in it just like all other party members. :)

EDIT: Before anyone writes...Keldorn that is impossible, his armor protects him from that?

Yes i know, but he was not wearing his own armor at that time. I wasn't realy thinking clearly and hat him wear a full plate mail +1. Ones i remembered that i gave him his own armor again. :D
