I'm intrigued by the Teleport mod. It sounds like it could be fun to bounce back to Amn once I hit ToB. I'm a little worried though about the vague reference to strongholds and later chapters. I didn't quite follow the intent here.

Has anybody used this mod? Fun? Essential for a mage PC? Skip it?

Fun, but not essential. Also, I occassionally found myself in some strange encounters (i.e. triggers for going back to Amn) depending on when I used it. It made for some humorous, and sometimes challenging, scenes.

Thanks for the opinion. I decided to go with the Planar Transport mod instead.
