Hey, i'm new to these forums, but i'm trying to use Near Inifinity to mod Icewind Dale II.

Now, i'm trying to add/change some unique, rare, and normal items to Icewind Dale. I'm starting with amulets, but i need some help modifying them. As in, a tutorial or something.

Near Infinity won't really help you with making items, only analysing ones already there...

Try looking up tutorials for WeIDU and DLTCEP, these are the tools you will need.
