What do you mean by "schitz"? From the article you linked to, they believe he was a terrorist and this was a deliberate attempt to create carnage and death.

Nice shot officer, you did everyone a favor.

Sad incident.

In a sense, it is unsurprising.Armored bulldozers are a standard tool of Combat engineering battalions, and the IDF has gained some notoriety for their use of armored tractors in the Al-Aqsa Intifada , Operation Defensive Shield, and their involvement in the demolition of orchards and residences (source (http://www.israeli-weapons.com/weapons/vehicles/engineer_vehicles/bulldozers/D9_D10.html))'Retaliation in kind'? Quite dispiriting actually.

This reminds me of the crazy tank rampage in San Diego, California back in '95...

Schitz, I mean schitzophrenic (however you spell it). We say it when someone seems to go a mental, or angry.

And yet also from the article:

Police said he was a 30-year-old from east Jerusalem who had no known affiliations to militant groups.

They said the man had been involved in the extensive roadworks along Jaffa Road, laying the foundations for a new railway system.
