1) is there a mod that allows non-humans to dual class?

2) is there a mod that that allows ALL classes to dual class? such as dual classing the barbarian or sorcerer.

what i would like to do is dual class a 1/2-orc from a barbarian to a cleric of helm. is there any way this is possible?

1) No idea

2) As far as I know, barbarians are considered as fighter kits. So, to allow a barbarian to dual class, you would need to change the DUALCLAS.2da file (I think, please correct if wrong!) to give barbarians dual classing options.

I dont think sorcerers can be dual classed at all, and for the rest you are limited by what is counted as a valid multiclass combination. For example, I dont think you will be able to dual a ranger to a mage because there is no ranger/mage multiclass.

Though it can be done through Shadow Keeper. There you can change your kits, say a kensai/thief multi class. Should be possible to make a barb/cleric of helm.
