Ok right now my main character is level 9 and i just finished the planar dome what ever it is... I dont know which quests im ready for yet.. Are like that Witch one in umar hills should i try to gain a few levels somewhere first? Or maybe find another quest first?

You're safe with pretty much all of the quests in Chapter 2 and the most difficult one I've done is the very one you just finished. I've completed Umar Hills, De'Arnise Hold, one trip to the Graveyard and Planar Sphere. I just got quests to Trademeet and the Unseeing Eye.

You'll be fine, no matter what quest you do, just as long as you haven't paid your money to either guild.
