i recently did a mission for helm witch required me to kill that child murduring little basterd from bg1 the one the only Neb now i decaptated this lil prick after he sent spirets after me and i realised jahira told me to take it to the proper authoritys... what is the proper authoritys and where can i find them i tryed the prison in the gov district and the teple of glory but i dunno where else to look im open to sugestions

You must take his head to the main government building and give it to some captain. I think he's way in the back behind the Cowled Wizards.

You take it to me, Chief Inspector Brega at yer service, in the council building. Then you can sell Neb's nasty cutter to Bernard for 2,000,000 gold pieces or so.
