I am in Chapter 7. Is there any way to get the cup from Irenicus's Black Dragon without having to fight the dragon? I have the moonblade and talisman, but the dragon keeps killing me.

There was quite a few time stop scrolls in the elven tree city, use one of them if you have a good fighter/mage, or even a mage/thief with a good thaco, I had the dragon dead with my fighter/mage hacking away before the time stop wore off.

Well, I used all my summoning power (2 fire elementals, 2 wyverns and had a backup of 2 efreeti) AND used simulacrum on nalia-so I had another nalia who was able to cast breach and pierce magic, giving me a total of 3 casters :)
Oh, and ALL my characters were invisible (I LOVE mass invisibility hehe). The summoned creatures took the heat, while my party stood back and fired arrows and spells...
