Ive started the game for the second time, a human male monk with Jahierra and Viconia in my party, but noone apart from Yoshimo has talked to me, Ive been playing the game for four hours (real time) with Viconia and Jaheira in my party but no luck, any sugestions?
I'm not sure if it had anything to do with me instigating the first conversation with Nalia or something. I clicked the dialog button and selected her, now the only person who talks to me is her.. and then only when I select it.
*sigh*
Any help would be appreciated.

Are you a male elf? Because if you are Viconia wont romance you. Have you told Gaelan Bayle that you will pay him the money? If you have Jaheira should start talking to you right after you exit his home.

I've not tried the Viconia/Jaheria combo, just Arie/Jaheria. But, one way or another, sounds like you've got a problem.

The only thing that comes to my mind is changing the 'romance' variables to '1'. There's a way to use CLUAConsole to do it, but you'd have to look up the variable name and write it down so you type it in correctly.

Extremist probably knows off the top of his head.

I have foolishly chosen an elf archer to romance with vicona. I also xhanged my alignment to neutral evil with shadow keeper. If i change my race with shadow keeper will it allow mw to romance with Vicona

Your alignment doesn't matter at all.

I'm curious what you mean about Nalia, though. When you click on her, what does she say?

If you download and check Extremist's lovingly crafted romance guide you will be able to find out how to check the state of your romances, find out what you need to do to start them and also how to overcome the racial limits. All of this is easily done without the use of Shadowkeeper. I thought I'd better mention the guide as no one else has and Extremist will probably stay away because of the SK reference (you know it upsets him :) )

PS the guide is quite big but that is because it includes a detailed (and accurate) walkthrough of all possible romance options. - Just think how long it must have taken Extremist to tie it all together :eek and then be thankful.

Well, The romance has kicked in, if a little late, but... I still keep having to click on a person to talk with them, for example.

After finishing Nalia's stronghold and exiting to the normal map, when she normally forces you to speak to her, I have to initiate dialog with her. Eh, Any ideas?
