OK, I have the rod intact, killed the unseeing eye...what am I supposed to do with the rod? If I attempt to return to the surface with the rod, I die, and I have no idea what to do with he friggin thing. Please help!

Maybe I'm not making myself clear...WHAT temple, and who is the avatar I'm suppposed to give this godforsaken thing to? I find myself running around in endless circles, and have NO idea what I'm supposed to do next. PLEASE speak in tthe simplest English possible, with as many specifics as you can. I've done pretty well in the game thus far, but now I'm just running around in friigging circles,,, What level, what temple since I can't get back outside without dying, so I have no udea what "temple" you might be reffering to. PLEASE HELP! i'M AT A TOTAL LO0SS@!

The Temple of Amaunator, you know? In the sewers, across the bridge with all the glowy people? In the lower reaches?

The place with the incarnation of hate that you beat with a healing spell to get the first piece of the rod. Sewers to the NW (past where you found Keldorn) - go W in the next area, past the refuge of the former unseeing eye guys who have "seen" the light about how evil he is, continue W, go down the steps to the area where you fought the spiders. Go NE over the bridge that you had to solve the riddle to repair and that dumped you into Gauth and Shadow battles (or worse if you were higher level), around to the NW up to the building and in -- that should do it.
