ahhh, well first time playing as an evil character and i do what i thought most evil characters do, kill innocent people in their homes i thought doing it in people's houses with no one around so nobody would know, well, after killing couple noble's and that poisioned guy im supposed to bring to the harpers, this group called amnish centurian pooped out and attacked me, i just got out of irencius dungeon and was on the second edwin quest when this happened. some spots im free and they dont follow but its too hard for me to keep avoiding them, is there a way i can bribe my way out? or maybe outkill them like the coweled wizards, because i dont wanna start over again.

I think you should just increase your reputaion a bit by donating at the temple.

You want to keep your rep 6 or above to not get attacked by the good guys. I always keep a couple thousand handy for the temples with my evil parties.

They can get irritating after a while. I just try and get over the city quests quickly then wander in the wild lands waiting for unsuspecting travelers...

Or, y'know, quests and random encounters.

I just like to think of it as target practice and move on ;)

AS mentioned before you should simply just donate to the temples in order to raise your rep. These guys will stop bugging you when you've reched or exeeded a reputation of 6. Imho they're not that difficult, and personally I'd rather kill them than waste money on a temple donation (seeing as your character is not the scheming evil type, but rather the vile-brute-villian type this would also fit better).

Btw, no one said that your requirred to be a dumb brute that kills everything just to kill it, simply because you're evil. Look at Irenicus. Even though he has no quarrels about killing, it doesn't mean that he just kills everything ;) .
