I'm afraid that you may have to be a little more specific -- are you referring to a potion or a spell, or something else? Give us some details and perhaps we can help you.

I'm wondering if maybe you mean Mind Shield. If that is what you're talking about, you really don't want to get rid of that. Prevents a large number of charm and mind-altering spells from affecting you. About the only thing it does not protect you from is the mind flayer's psionic blast.
