Hey everyone, after a computer-crashing-mandated-break, I am back with more of my "Why won't the game let me....?" questions.

So, as I have posted elsewhere, I have gone back to previous saves to finish up missed quests. In the process I apparently missed my one and only opportunity to get High Watcher Oisig to commission me to investigate the Unseeing Eye.

My journal says..."go to to Temple of Helm and speak to High Watcher". I go. I speak. "He has nothing to say to you"

If I go to the sewers to check it out, Keldorn is there chomping at the bit to "investigate" with me.

But the sewer pass remains "closed at this time".

Is there anything I can do now to get the temple to give me the job? Is there a cheat even?

Who did you talk to inside Temple of Helm?

Remember, also, that you must speak to High Watcher with main character.

"NPC has nothing to say to you" is bug with WinXP and Win2k systems: the easiest solution is to install the latest official patch.
