Can someone tell me EXACTLY what to type in the CluaConsole to get the ActiveRomance value? I've tried a few combinations, all without success.

And by the bye, does the Viconia romance always end with her leaving you? I'd hate to finish through to ToB with no romance.

Well i dont think so. Dont sleep with her. I didn't and it kept it going. She hates me in bed :p. Go look up one of the guides by Dan Simpson he wrote all the best guides

The console command you need is:

CLUAConsole:GetGlobal("Lovetalk","LOCALS")

Type this in while leaving the mouse pointer over the character you want to know the value for.

Alternatively to get the 'is the romance active' variable try:

CLUAConsole:GetGlobal("ViconiaRomanceActive","GLOBAL")

(though I'm working from memory on that one)

If you want on know more about the romance variables try using the forum search function with the words romance and variable (and Slappy). The variables all use the same principles regardless of whether it is Viconia, Jaheira, Aerie or Anomen you are interested in.

**SPOILERS**

First, get the romance to start - that'll normally start sometime before he's due for his knighthood - because he'll start talking to you about how much that means to him, and how unsure he is that he'll be good enough. Every time he talks to you, be nice to him and pretend to be impressed by his boasting. :p

After a few conversations he'll start to flatter, and then he'll pick you a flower. I think it was the conversation after that, that made us sleep together. It's possible you'll have to sleep out in the woods (not in a tavern or a cave) for that to happen. For my female, it all happened during the druid grove trip. When you push the rest button, he'll drag you aside and talk about wanting to hold you and lie with you etc etc, and if you say yes, the screen will fade out into the rest screen. (You don't get to actually SEE anything ;) )

As far as I've experienced, (In SoA at least) you're able to sleep with Anomen twice, and the clue is to be sweet and loving to him - that's what he wants. :)

At one point he'll tell you about some sword he stuck through a wyvern's head (I think)... never mind that as a cleric he can't even USE swords.

Well.. he used to be a fighter before he dual classed to a cleric, He could have done it then.

Whoops...missed that. But after having him in a party with a female pc...
