how do you help kamir the paladin in the graveyard?

Minor Spoiler(not really)...


Look in the Syl's BG2 walkthrough in Sorcer's Place under games, BG2, walkthrough for a more detailed solution, but the basic gist is to hook him up with the orphan that is by the crypt just south east of where you enter the graveyard.

I haven't even covered The Graveyard yet ;)

To help him, you must first meet the orphan (forgot the name) at the graveyard which the man near the orphan would ask you to find the orphan someone to take care of him/her. Then you take the plaladin to the kid.

I'm still a little bit confused about that, because EVERYTIME I get to the Graveyard there's no orphan or man or man with orphan at all. Maybe my Graveyard is little bit "buggy", 'cause I can't meet with Valan's (correct name?) master (must be Bodhi) at the G'yard. But one after the other...where and when is this orphan ?

Palpatine helped me with the answer the first time so I guess it's "one good turn deserves another".

Kamir and the Priest of Lathander who has the orphan will be at the graveyard only at certain times of the day - in the mornings only IIRC, but not immediately after dawn. They will be there at the same time. If you come in from the south entrance, the Priest and orphan called Risa are at the first right turning. Talk to the Priest and then talk to Kamir. When Kamir agrees, remember to walk back with him to the Priest to get additional XPs.

As for Valen's master, go to the graveyard at night. I'm not sure but I think you will have to go there the first or second night. If, like my first game, you pay Gaelan Bayle the 15K first without meeting Bodhi, then she will not appear any more but treat you as an enemy from then on. In my first game the entry in my quest book was there until the end of the game because I failed to meet her before paying Gaelan. This didn't happen to you also, did it?

Not exactly, 'cause I haven't paid him already. BUT instantly after you get this quest (meeting Bodhi at night, huh!) a boy tells you to meet Gaelan Bayle again and if you do (I did) he lowers the price, being 15.000GP from that on. I met Gaelan 2nd time, he lowered the price and may be THEN i couldn't get to meet her. But why?

I met Bohdi after a second meeting with Bayle, so thats not the problem.
