i can`t find the third piece to unlocked the door... someone remembers where they got it??

That all depends on which other two you've got! You're probably talking about the same piece that it took me ages to find though - it's in the room where you met the shadow beyond the letters puzzle. Move the cursor around a bit and you'll find it (the room isn't big).
