Ok i really suck at this game, i cant stop cheating:(
i have beaten Bg1 and i cant even beat chapter 2 in bg2 without cheating, so could anyone give me some gameplay tips?(and no im NOT gonna delete SK, i have tried that but it is back on my computer the next day:D)

Well duh, lower your game difficulty to easy. Then you won't even be cheating (teachnically), but you should be able to beat anything.

1. Go to Options... Gameplay... and set the game to Autopause when you:
- See enemy.
- Target killed (It's called something else I think, but you know what I mean).
- Spot a trap.


2. Some quests are much harder than others so do the easier ones first to get your levels up.

A few relatively easy quests:
Free gladiators (Hendak)
Sword in the sewer
Free the slaves
What happened to Montaron
The Circus Quest
Nalia's keep (Fighter quest)

Here are a couple of quests I consider difficult:
Unseeing Eye (Cleric quest)
Planar Prison (Bard quest)


3. Get a well rounded party.
If you're having problems you should probable have it fighter heavy. Here is a suggestion:
Keldorn (Paladin)
Minsc (Ranger)
Anomen (dc Fighter/Cleric)
Jaheira (mc Fighter/Druid)
Nalia (dc Mage/Thief)
These are all available very early and lets you play whatever character you wish since they cover everything on their own anyway.

1) Load up a Killsword.
2) Crush your enemies.
3) See them driven before you.
4) Turn up the 'ambients' in the control panel.
5) Listen to the lamentation of the women in the background.

1. Read the larger walkthroughs for tips on tactics
2. Create an all pc party for more powerful characters.

example party:
barbarian
Wizard slayer
undead hunter
Swashbuckler
archer
sorcerer

Woohoo i just beat bg1 and now ive lmost done every side quest in bg2(on my way to brynnlaw)finally i can play BG1-TOB without cheating.
