Can the Helm of Opposite Alignment be found in BG2?
It would be great for me, cause I want to have Korgan in my party but I can't have an evil character; I'm a goody goody Paladin, you see.

By rights a Paladin can't have an evil character in the party. But, he is more mercenary than evil and as a Paladin you feel it is your duty to show Korgan the righteous path and try to convert him. Just don't take your rep over 18.

The Helm of Opposite Alignment was removed from BG2, at least as far as finding it within the game world.
I don't know whether you can cheat it in though.

Helm of opposite alignment is found only in tales of the sword coast. Although I have "dropped it" before Irenecus (sp?) has anything to say to me. I figure I needed it for myself if I had to hang out with the likes of Minsc and Imoen. But I really didn't find it all that useful, evan though goody goodies are changed to evil, they still don't act evil. For example, a CE Mazzy won't let me turn Valywimp in for a nice trinkit and a cute story from Jan.
