Is there anyone who's got Haer 'Dalis in their party?

I think he is pretty good, I just finished the Mind Flayer Dungeon and he just kicked azz in there. BTW, when do I get the other half of Silver Sword?

I've used Haer-Dalis before, and I found him al right, but I felt that there were better people than him . I'll probably experimnet later in ToB tho.

On the silver sword: I believe that you will meet the Githyanki at some later stage (IIRC its a set time after you get out of the underdark) and you can either hand over the sword or fight and get the hilt as well.

I finished the game with the thiefling everyone hates except me. But, nm, be kicked ass in my party too.

The second part (hilt) you'll get if you don't give the first part to githyanki wild mage once when you return to Athkatla (he'll appear on any area inside the city out from nowhere because of that item in your inventory).

I've seen those Githyanki's in every district of Athkatla except the graveyard, but I didn't try there. Don't be surprised if you see them outside of Athkatla either. I ran into them once in one of the wooded areas after the Underdark.
