I have Viconia in my party and up until now has been perfect, now she keeps stopping after two or three steps whenever you send the party anywhere.I have all the appropriate patches installed,so I really dont know what the problem could be.Any ideas at all

I have thought of three!

1) maybe you have too many patches

2) sometimes in BG if you told them to do something and them told them to do something else they would walk for a few seconds then do what you told them.

3) Maybe you are going to fast for your computer!

Presumably, you are in chapter 5 after being transformed into looking like Drow by Adalon? During the time he is changed into a drow, her movement will be screwed up, and I'm not sure if there's anything you can do about it. However, it should return to normal once you leave the underdark.

I had no walking problems with Viconia in the under dark...

the 'concurrent romance' patch can occasionally cause this stop/start problem.

That sounds the most likely thing Any idea if you can uninstall patches without uninstalling and then reinstalling the whole game

You can't do that unless mods are installed with something that provides an uninstall option.

In your case if there is no uninstall option, to "cure" Viccy just delete VICONIA.BCS file from your override folder.

And yes, ConcurentRomances cheat (original and Weimer's) do cause the "stutter" problem. But it's not the only possible cause, so if bugged script removal doesn't help, post again.
