First: don't shoot. I hate cheaters too ... ;)
I enjoy the game with a good thief in my party, so I ask if somebody know how to change Imoen from dual class to a multiclass mage/thief.
Thx.

Kick her out of your group and acquire Jan, who is one of the best characters in BG2...certainly one of the most interesting. When I played my Ranger/Cleric protagonist, I picked up Jan and the two of those guys whipped everything.

I just took Shadowkeeper and turned her back into a single classed thief again... belive me she's alot more fun and waaaay more useful then.

My poor Jan is lost in Spellhold, I leave him when I pick Imoen, so I don't have a real thief.

Try this: convert her into a pure thief first, then convert her back to mage-thief. You can only create dc thiefs via the game button <CLASSCOMBINATION> (at least I can) - so when changing the combo in sk she should become a multiclassed thief then.

Why not make your own character a thief if you want one so badly? A much better option to cheating as there are a lot of good npcs with the other classes. And don't start whining about anything, I had a real tough time going through the game the first time, with only Nalia as a thief. (Which means keeping knock memorized all the time was a must.)
