Ok where are these guys? They are supposed to be in the Bridge district somewhere. I remember when going at that place first time, I met a group of mercenaries, in the Delosarn Inn, which I dispatched pretty fast :) I hope it wasnt them...

I think when you come in from the north, if you turn left down the first street, there is an alley they can be found in. I'm not 100% sure though, but I know they are found in an alley beefing up some thieves.
