I was always wondering how you all knew they were even Slavers. There isn't much to go on here, just whacking some baddies and looting a mansion. Do you actually recieve this quest from someone?

Also another one is Nalia and the De'Arnise keep. I've never played with Nalia in my group for very long, so I never figured out who really had the trolls attack the Keep. I remember Tor'Gal talking about some "other", was he referring to the Roenalls?

No, I'm talking about the slave lord encounter in the Temple District, in the building marked "Gaurded Compound". This is where you pick up Celestial Fury, if you forgot.

Come to think of it, I never got any quest to go there. I just saw the word 'Guarded Compound' and deduced that they are guarding something in there. I entered, fought the guys, recovered Celestial Fury and that's it. Nothing else. Perhaps the developers meant to make a quest leading to that place but ran out of time.

All the slave quests where meant to be tied together, Copper Coronet, Ship in slums Guarded Compound, Tanner, Human skin armor and the hidden rune were meant to be one big quest.
I dont know why they didnt tie them together but they didnt. I downloaded a patch from Kevin Dorners site and with that you get a special roguestone from guarded compound with a description on how to get to the twisted rune.
