There is a mod that speed up the romances? The time from talk to talk its too long.

To my knowledge, no. However, if you're that impatient, you can speed them along via the CLUA Console. This is detailed in Extremist's Romance Guide.

(Or any multiple thereof.)

That will advance the ingame timer by one day. (This is independent of the game clock in the corner.) Do this until you hit the next LoveTalk. Make sure you don't have any other time dependant quests you need to finish first. :)
