When i play BG II the game is just really slow and it shows like 1 picture per 5 seconds.
And it only takes up 1 mb. Im sure its bigger than that. I have tried to reinstall it but nothing happens.

Are you trying to play from the CD?

That can happen if you have cheated in huge denominations of items, such as -1 Arrows of biting (which is about 65k).
Just drop a few thousand of your arrows/stackable items and frame rates should return to normal.
It occurs because the game tries to check your items every second or so.

Reinstall the game and make sure you do a full install. This should take about 2,5 Gb on your hard drive.
When you completed the install, make sure you have the latest official patch and the Baldurdash patches installed. When this doens't help, try downloading and installing the latest motherboard drivers and videocard drivers. Also check if the partition where you installed Windows (probably C:\) isn't full, this could also lead to problems.
Good luck :)

I reinstalled it and downloaded the latest patch.
And it worked perfectly fine. Thanks for the advice.

A lesson to you all who don't... ALWAYS use the latest patch with any game or your just digging your own grave...
