View Full Version : Anyone dual-classed a Druid?

Since the Druid is limited to 14th lvl in this game it seemed like a good choice for Dual. Start with something else during character generation and dual him over to Druid... HOWEVER there was something in the manual that said Paladins, Rangers, and Druids couldn't dual. Since a few aspects of the game are different than the manual I was hoping this wasn't the case. Anyone know? Thanks!

Why not start as a Druid and then duel. The only prob is that I seem to remember that all I could pick was the fighter class. But still
I had a blast with this combo

i haven't tried it in BG2, but i went through IWD with a Fighter dualed to a Druid. took me a while to get good stats though. you need a least a Wisdom of 17 and i believe a 17 for Charisma as well. i was pretty happy with the this combo, she was a bad ass fighter. i spent 4 Prof. slots on spears before dualed her. might be worth a try.

For a Druid Dual-class, try dualing from a fighter as soon as you can. Grandmastery in a weapon plus all the druid spells make for one bad-ass-motherfu-ker.
