How do you defeat greater wolferes? They tend to regenerate from near death to uninjured real quick.

I find them easy. just smack 'm untill they go into unwakable sleep. but Werewyverns are super-tough to me.
and this is most annoying thing(bug)i've ever had: Wolfwere died. and it resurrected instantly
and attacked me again??

I tried piercing magic but that only works for a short time to where I dont have enough time to cast death spell. The spell usually ends up running out before I can cast a death spell. I think I succesfully casted a finger of death spell that did 20 HP of damage. I had Edwin cast the pierce magic spell and then I had Viconia cast finger of death, while Edwin was in the middle of saying the incantations.

What is this robe of Vecna? I checked shadow keeper and couldn't find it.

Robe of Vecna is only available if you have the "bonus merchants", it is a cloak that (to mention one thing it does) lowers the casting time for whatever wizard is wearing it.

All the bonus items are in the game files still, and can be brought in via the console. Installing the merchants just makes the items available via a store.

Anyway, you can download the merchants from SP.

Wasn't there a bug in the windspear hills that everytime you saved in the tomb area the regeneration of the Wolfweres there would be added to their original regeneration capabilities?

This would make it very difficult to destroy them if you didn't have the aforementioned spells available.

I have bonus merchants through the ease of use mod. Is that what your talking about? If so where is the merchant that sells that robe?

In the Adventurer's Mart. The trader is a woman named Deidri standing on the platform behind Ribald Barterman.

There is another way - I do the Windspear Hills v. early on, so don't run into such high level monsters.
