How do you solve that quest?
When I confront the tanners accomplice in the
Umar hill's he just runs away.
Is that it? Is that really the end of
that quest? If it isn't where do then go?
He mentioned "rune"...is it the twisted
rune maze he talks about?

If you go to Trademeet, the quest continues - you kill the tanner guy ans another one like him. Or something.
