What i mean is in irinicus(sp) dungeon when reading previews and some of imoesns early speech that you would be able to get your items form imported characters back in one of those little early rooms otherwise it is really only monks who will be killing from the start, death by my hands[literally]. Did anyone else think this or do you get them back and i didn't notice[i mean i only searched the entire level a couple of times].

I thougt she said *some* weapons and not *your*. Leaving it up to there's some weapons there, but not necessarily(sp?) mine.

Though I'm not sure, I always took for granted your only stuff was those weapons

Actually, you can legally keep ONLY pantaloons and Drizzt's items from BG1.

Bu you CAN exploit (CHEAT) the engine and keep them all with pause key - use that "EXPLOITS GUIDE" from Dan Simpson available on SP for details.

No matter, Imoen said that "they selled all of your best stuff" IIRC, so don't you say that exploit is not a cheat!

Actually, IIRC, BG and BG2 isn't connected...I mean, you can't import your BG char directly from the BG2 games unless you go into the profile "costom chars" and BG's custom chars too. I might be mistaken though.

What on earth are you talking about, importing a BG character directly from BG2?

I imported my character, and he had all his stuff when I checked, ofcourse he lost it as the intro movie started.

Although imoen said they sold your best stuff none of the items in the room resemble my imported characters items.

I thought the pantaloons stay in your inventory when you had them on your main character when the final save was made.
