If you have the time to overcome all the bugs (credits to E :p) in the IEEP, Infinity engine editor pro then why not make your own weapons?

Ok, here's what's going on with IEEP (pro version) - IT IS TOTALLY BUGGED!
In fact, last version of it is still being tested - they say.

No matter, try with IEES (standard) instead - it is designed specially for players and should work. Although, you'll see some restrictions.

Only a dialogue fixer and an addon installer. Too limited for my tastes.
