Last night I compulsively tried for about 45 minutes to generate the best possible stats. I had a 90 total stored but the strength was maxed at 18/43 (only half as good as 18/91+). Since I wanted this elven ftr/thf to have as high a strength as possible I kept trying . . . and trying . . . and eventually I nailed one!
Two 18’s one 17 and nothing lower than a 13 for a total of 94. The strength even maxed at 18/96! As I pondered a name for this badass elf I moved the cursor to click on “store” . . . Guess what? I spazed and hit “recall” instead. Bye-bye badass :(
I quit out of BG2 for the evening and ate a pint of ice cream.

Today I’m wondering just how big “the one that got away” actually was. Maybe he wasn’t a record but he would have put up one hell of a fight.

I hope my folly amused the crowd . . .
