I am mopping up some Ch 2-3 quests before heading off to Brynnlaw and have been unable to satisfy the Anomen quest to avenge his sister's murder. I have gone to Saerk (sp?) house in the Bridge district and killed everyone but the cook, but Anomen's father still berates me for not having solved the quest. I don't remember is Saerk was among those that I killed, I think it was just a bunch of guards.

This is probably because I kicked Anomen out after about five minutes since he demanded I drop everything and help him (he is such a jerk). I ended up going to his family estate and picking up the quest and then ditching him right afterwards. So do I need Anomen in my party to solve this quest?

Hint:

If Anomen's father is still alive, then you didn't wait long enough between missions.
