you forgot the quotes

should be

CLUAConsole:CreateItem("shld01",1)

try that, but i wouldn't recommend cheating, it ain't all that fun! :D

You can also use the savegame editor Shadowkeeper.

No, don't. Shadowkeeper bugs your game, which is why I'm against it (not because it's the devil's tool like some people'll say.... :D). It doesn't do anything you can't get through console. But avoid cheating in general, because it MAJORLY kills your fun.

Tiamat: I've heard this several times now, but I know not why.

How does Shadowkeeper 'bug' your game?

I've been using it, and haven't really noticed anything out of the ordinary.

Shadow Keeper does *not* bug your game unless you use it waaaaaayyy too much. Like if you cheat on spells, that screws up your game a lot of times, or if you mess around with your experience it screws up your game.

Shadow_G: Are you talking about how there are a bunch of spells 'listed', that have no function or are given the wrong function? Like there's a couple of 'Finger of Death' spells, and one of them has the wrong icon and no description? Or how there's about 5 'boots of speed' listed, but only one of them (the last one listed) is the only correct item?

If that's what everyone is talking about, them yeah...I'd agree it can really mess things up...

Someone should make a list of bugs in SK since it bugs me that everyone says its bugged when I haven't experience a single bug. Bugger.

PS. MD I am danish. Just mail me if you have difficulties with anything gamerealated. You write very well for one who has studied english for one year.

To get the cheats activated do these steps:

1.Open the Baldur.ini file in notepad.

2.Find the line [Program Options]. Under it are a variety of settings for your game. Add this line:
Debug Mode=1
Beware: It must be Debug Mode=1, not debug mode=1 or anything else.

3.Now when you are in the game, press CTRL-SPACE to bring up the Console. This is where you will enter the cheat.

Oh yeah! I almost forgot.

[Program Options]
Debug Mode=1

[Game Options]
Cheats=1

Those are the two entries you need.

Should I spam too? I should.

Many details about Console you can find here: http://www.sorcerers.net/ubb/Forum2/HTML/003403.html
Be sure to peek also the links in that thread if something interests you more.

For list of SK bugs, I already said:
Ask it's lame creators! :flaming:

Extremist, as the matter stands, I did not anticipate a solution not here nore by its creators. I simply made a pun. Any list of SK bugs can be worshipped forever or rot this very second. I don't care which. people who use SK know the risk of bugs or will learn. And we agree on one thing. They will learn eventually. :spin:
