I saw those new templates and was wandering if i should compleat the game first or go ahead and use a template. (I supose that i would use the lich template since i am a sorcerer.)

What are your thoughts?

Templates? Where can you get them and what do they do?

Download them off the "Editors, Hacks, & Custom Characters" section in the BG2 part of Sorcerers Place. I think they change your character's race or add certain characteristics to the character. Note that they're still in their first stage of development....

I'd recommend completing the game first without the templates and then playing through a second time around with the templates.

Definitely. While I'm all for trying something new, I would strongly recommend playing the game through "as it was intended" before trying any addons/mods.

How do i use a template?
Im a true fighter, lvl 13 with 80k gp.

just put the files in your override file and the templates will show up as a special ability.
(where the slayer change would be)

But they only appear if you have the standards for the template. The desvriptions will tell you what they are.
