What formula do they use for shopkeepers?
First item gets book price + x%
Second item gets book price + y%
...
nth and all subsequent items get book price?

And the values are modified by rep. and charisma. Anyone know the numbers?

Many, many things affect store price.
Reaction...the higher the cheaper.
20 rep = +4 reaction and 50% off store price
25 charisma=+14 NPC reaction
18 charisma=+5 NPC reaction

Different stores have different buy sell percentages.
e.g sells their own Items 100%
buys from you 30% of that

I dont know the exact way numbers of items affect sales. Here's a hint though. Sell stacked items as high in number as possible rather then one at a time. You get more cash this way because the number rule hasn't applied yet.
