totally agreed - some games are more suited to the single player - BG2 is one of them

hmm, the times I have played online with people I didn't know, they all tend to have hacked chars, and hog all the action. Is much more fun playing with your self

No, that's beside the point. You can still play on a 33.6k modem. The problem was mentioned - hacked chars. Just like in Diablo 1, practically everyone has all stats at 25 and whatnot. It might be fun if you only played with friends you know and trust, but how often does that crop up?

BG online is fun BG2 takes to long to set up a game because you have to log into mplayer and doing all that just gets annoying but i used to play it online a little
