I had Minsc in my party and Minsc got hit many times by 3 nishruu and Boo and many other magical items had disapeared from Minsc Inventory. Is Boo suppose to dissapear or is this a bug?

The patch's been out for a month and you still haven't installed it??
Yes, familiars (and Boo) have also been known to dissapear because of this bug.
Which, as I said, has been fixed in the patch.
Go to http://www.bioware.com/bgate2/bg2patch.shtml and download the one you need.
Though I doubt it'll bring lost items back. You'll either have to reload from a previous savegame or add them back with a savegame editor. But at least it'll prevent it from happening again.

There's also an international patch... Just scroll down to the bottom of that page and you'll see it. That one is even smaller (6 megs) but fixes all the same stuff.

For some reason without Boo, Minsc is not fighting as good.

His stats are truly spectacular : complete resistance to all sorts of magic, and 90% resistant to all forms of physical damage, ànd a godlike dexterity of 25. Too bad his constitution is only 3, which grants him no more then 2HP.
