Ok i really want to know what is better to dual class to a mage a berserker or a kensai, i sort of want to have armour but i would like to be really deadly with swords aswell. Or i just leave my berserker or kensai the way it is?

If you want to be able to equipe an armor then choose a berserker; however i prefer to start with a normal warrior and dual class it to a specialized mage(much better!)

The Kensai/Mage is the most powerful class in the game by many, including me. Dual-Class at lvl 14 for extra attacks. You can use robes for example. If you have Robe of Vecna you will own.
You can solo through SoA (never tried ToB) with a Kensai/Mage.

So take the Kensai/Mage instead of Fighter/Mage or Berserker/Mage, they are so much better.

Cheers.

Don't use Kensai/Mage.

You want to prove us you can finish the game with any class, not that overpowered one, right? ;)

By the way, beserker's enrage won't provide you immunity to stun as it should according to description, plus it has an annoying leftover that although beserker while enraged can't be affected by hold person, you'll still see that animated graphics above his head - although he is not held.
Because this is not included in SPfixpack yet, if you choose beserker, mail me and I'll send you the correction of the problem.

Question for Trias:

Not to be picky but gnomes can't dual.

Extremist is right. Doing a kensai or berserker/mage has been beat to death. It gets boring with such an overpowered character, doing a regular old fighter or kit is much more rewarding. You'll feel better knowing that you didn't have to play the old, overpowered kensai/mage to finish SoA.

this is fixed in the baldurdash fix pack.. though i guess you already knew that..

No I haven't already knew that.

I checked all kits on my own and made fixes on my own. The comparition with the Baldurdash comes when I'm packing up stuff to publish on SP.

You may see what I've found here: http://www.sorcerers.net/ubb/Forum2/HTML/004997.html

Now tell me if all those stuff are included in Baldurdash's fixpack. I don't think so.

whooa! Drunk at 15.13? You must be an addict! ;) :p

Anyway...only humans can dual, but only from kits, not to kits....and only gnomes can Multiclass an Illusionist, which is the only kit available in MC's....but you already knew that, i think....
