Hi, I'm new and I must say that you've got a good forum here.

Now onto my question. In your BGII Solution for Irenicus' Dungeon (http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/BG2/Walkthrough/dungeon.htm) you say that killing the creature called Ulvaryl may affect your game later on and that she's possibly an important character that you probably shouldn't kill. "Removing her from the game may cause some concequences later on and the fact that you get no experience for killing her also leans in the direction she is important for future meetings." is the direct quote. However, the experience part isn't true, as I have just killed her and received 8,000 XP. Will it affect my game? Can someone confirm that she'll be important later on? I just finished the dungeon, but I have multiple saves, so I can just return to one of them. Thanks.

hmmmmm very curious. i just read that portion of the solution. Ulvaryl never turned into a bat, she attacked me. i had no choice but to kill her or she would have done the same to me.

She outright attacked me too, I had no choice but to kill her. Hope she wasn't overly important :)

I suppose I will have to update the solution and at least put her experience reward for that area. I'm going through the game with two parties. My main Half-Orc and a second Female Blade character to do everything else I didn't do with my Half-Orc and both times, this foul vampire flew off on me as all I did was watch her kill the Shadow Thief and that was that. Went on my way.
