I have no idea where to find the keys to get the magic sword Quallo offers in the sewers of the Copper Corronet. I have vallo's hand but thats it.
I also have a "sewer key" from one of the guards in the room just before you fight Firkraag. What do I do with it?

All four of Quallo's "keys" are found on the same level as Quallo. Look around at everything on that level and ponder the riddles given at the pipes.

The sewer key is for a completely different area. Go to the sewers in the temple district to use it.

You will use it in the sewers of the temple district. Enter sewers and go to north. There is a group which will want your money. Be careful, they are strong adventurers. And there is a secret door somewhere behind them. Go well prepared and you will gain a part of a magnificent artifact. And you will also get good items from the adventurers.

But you should really re-consider it if you are unprepared, the enemies there are TOUGH, to say the very least without spoiling anything.

*sigh* I dropped the key without realising it and I have no clue where I dropped it. oh well.

That key leads to really tough and annoying enemies and one of the better weapons in the game. If you like, here is the CLUA code to get the sewer key back:
