every time I go up in level as the mage when I hit accept it brigs up a blank window and all I can do is hit cancle and it brings me back to the level up window and I hit accept it brings up the blank window etc. etc... what the hell am I supposed to do in the blank window????

I haven't heard of the bug like that before... did you install the patch? (you can find it in my Torment section, among Editors and other stuff).

uninstall the game and then reinstall it, your saved games will be fine (it wont uninstall them) and this got rid of all my bugs (except slowdown, i needed the patch for that)
