how do i get to the clerks ward? and the other wards? i just can't figure out how to do it!!! help!!!

Keep playing, eventually the plot sends you off in that direction. If you still have other quests to do keep on with those, you aren't stuck,

Find Pharod first and do his quest. Then you'll get an opportunity to proceed forward. (If you still don't manage to get to the Ward's, ask for more help.)

where exactly is the bronze sphere?

in the catacombs, enter the dead nations, do quests there, get to leave either by talking t hargrimm or killing him, leave by the south/west door. go down the long corridor as far as you can, turn left, and there it is.
and also go into the door in the very bottom but make sure your invntory is nearly empty.
