I am trying to kill the stone person (i forget his name) in the civic festhall - to become an anarchist. However, every time I kill him, even if only he dies, nobody else goes hostile and I don't kill the harmonium outside, the lady of pain still kills me when I try to leave - help!

That has nothing to do with killing Qui-Sai.

You pissed Lady of Pain by killing a dabus or by pushing her doll too much.

It is impossible to go back. You have to reload some of previous saves.
