My mother and I aren't really speaking to one another. When we went out for a meal she completely humiliated me and nearly ruined the evening making cruel jokes and mocking me constantly. Kev was horrified by her behaviour as well.
On Sunday I said to her that she upset me last night, I found the jokes humiliating in front of my family and boyfriend and it nearly ruined the evening. Her response was to start shouting and screaming that I'd ruined the whole weekend and she had done everything she could for me. Moving on to shout at Kev and Peter about it.
Am going out later to meet up with my ex and friend Azzy for a drink and then heading off to Kevs' friends to play some more Babylon 5, but Kev has to go home before then.
All in all, I've had better days.
