Doing the Du: Week 14
Posted Tue, 22nd Jul '08 at 12:10pm by Decados
Well, I survived week 15. Wasn't overly difficult. Of course, badminton and trampolining will soon enter the picture (they've both been on breaks) with the former starting next week and the latter this week. Missed one session of running- can't quite remember why, but it doesn't matter all that much- the training is designed so that missing the occasional session is expected.
This week is a 'build' week, so time to up the times:
Total Times:
Running - 80 minutes
Biking - 155 minutes
Bricks - 2
Not much else to report this week, so, barring injuries, another update next week.

Don't feel too bad about yourself- I've done sport competitively for as long as I can remember. The main sport has changed over time, but there has nearly always been a focus. I'm not sure I could live without it now. So, as I said, don't be too hard on yourself- I have quite an advantage.
Were the press-ups part of an effort to get fitter or just a one-off?
Oh, and thanks for the compliment.
