Fat and Proud

I have a wonderful home, husband and child. I enjoy my life. I'm fat.
Most of us fatties say we would love to lose weight or that their weight problem is genetic or it's societies fault. However, I used to be thin and it was RUBBISH! Now I'm fat and it's because I eat too much and don't work out much.
In order for me to stay thin I was doing 16 hours of martial arts training a week, watching what I ate and constantly worried about the way I looked.
Now I've let go of it all. Yeah I could stand to lose some weight but it's not my whole world anymore. If I want to excercise then I do but if iIwant to slob out in my pj's I do that too.
Too much emphasis is put on the way people look and it's a load of crap. Happiness has become second to waist size. If people are happy then they are healthy...not just mentally but physically. They don't comfort eat, they don't hide away. They go out and they do things and it's not because they think they have too but because they want to
So ends the gospel of Silvery

You forgot to add that you are hot, and that your boobs are epic. Then again, it is plain for all to see.

Another gospel?
Then let me quickly blaspheme this before the zealous followers come along..
Being slightly over the ideal bodyweight is healthy, as your body has reserves to access during illness and other hardships. But once you become very heavy, the health risks increase
, and are too numerous to go into. But of course, feeling happy about yourself is a great boost, since stress and depression have also been proven to be significant factors in poor health.
as for training 16 hours per week, that's worrying. I've heard that intense bodybuilders and topsporters often inflate like a dinghy once they stop exercising. I do about 4 hours of karate a week, I eat unhealthy but don't binge, and I manage to stay in reasonable shape. Maybe some light exercise might be worth considering.
Of course, if the only weight you lose is in your boobs, stop exercising immediately.
