I usually use Firefox for my web browser. My favorite add-on for Firefox is FoxTab and I've been using it for quite a while. Yesterday I noticed that I had to update my Adobe Flash player and Java TM. When I did this and went back into Firefox all of my Foxtabs were blank BUT when I clicked on them I was still able to reach my favorite pages. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox but it didn't change anything. Also I was not able to watch a T.V. show I was trying to see on Global T.V. site. It just wouldn't appear.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix it? The person who used to fix my computer for me is gone now and I'm a little lost. |

Yes I did that. I reinstalled firefox and then reinstalled foxtab - and foxtab kept all of the pages for me it doesn't show them in the little tab thumbs, instead the tabs show white.

Weird, for some reason my insane Eset virus scanner won't let me go to that link - in fact it blocks all the google searches I make through the foxtabs. I'm thinking I will just have to ditch it.
I'm still not sure why I can't watch Global TV video's anymore. I think it has something to do with my Adobe Flash player - newest version installed. *sigh* I wish my brain was better wired for computer language. |

Uh-oh, that sounds virus-ey.
[edit] Through some clever searching ("can't go to foxtab contact link" ) I found this:http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=can't%20go%20to%20foxtab%20contac t%20link&source=web&cd=1&ved=0CCQQFjAA&url=https%3 A%2F%2Faddons.mozilla.org%2Fen-US%2Ffirefox%2Faddon%2Ffoxtab%2Freviews%2F&ei=8zpI T6fIEuuE0QGnmp2bDg&usg=AFQjCNH6gf7WE0GkWw-Qc3uLkowxnuDbsA It suggests that the latest Adobe flash player and FoxTab aren't playing nice and tells how to fix it. |
