But the fact that it can strike so quickly, work so quickly, from the most innocuous of occurences (e.g. paper level cut), makes this thing scary as hell. |

My current wife's mother died from this disease about 10 years ago. It's as nasty as it comes.

Yes, the idea of getting eaten alive by bacteria is very scary, especially when they can cause such a huge amount of damage in such a short amount of time. With all the stresses and environmental dangers in life it's important to try and maintain your immune system as best as you can.
