Making Boo "Go for the Eyes"

How hard would it be to make a small mode to Minsc so that whenever he shouts "Go for the eyes Boo! Go for the eyes!" a foe in melee range must make a saving throw or be blinded?

If that is too difficult, what about making it so you can use Boo once per day to cast Blindness with a range restriction similar to the range restriction on the Nympth Cloak in BG1?

The sound file is attached to the attack command, and if I remember rightly it's one of three. It would be possible to give Boo an ability to use via the quickbar that used that sound though.

I was just thinking about this idea again, I'm not sure if I should have necroed the thread or started a new one.

Anyways, I was just thinking of Saravok's special random attack, is that hardcoded or is there a way to do something similar with Misc, only making it a permanent blindness attack rather than the extra damage?
