[IMG] I took the quest from San Francisco's Brotherhood Of Steel to infiltrate Navarro and steal the Vertibird Plans. I was told by Brotherhood Of Steel member to tell that i want to join Navarro.

Later at gas station Chris didn't give me password. He told me and lied that the place i came to was not Navarro base.

How can i complete the quest? Is this a bug?

Your diplomatic skills (speech, etc.) are probably not good enough to decieve him, you will have to either kill him before he alerts the base or wait untill you've developed those particular skills some more.

What olimikrig posted or (since your character doesn't seem to be much of a diplomat) you can do it the old fashioned way and just kill the lot of them.
